Ade D’Almeida is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) with more than 35 years’ experience within the Organisational Development, Administration and HR fields. As the Director of Administration for a global Christian charity, Ade is an innovator who fulfils the critical function of developing and maintaining the systems, procedures and processes required to enable her present organisation to meet its church and business objectives. Ade is a Trustee and Consultant for several charities and SMEs and she is also a mentor and Pastor to the old and young.
As an experienced coach, mentor, and leader, I am committed to helping individuals on their paths to self-discovery, growth, and fulfilment. With a mix of wisdom, emotional intelligence, and faith-based principles, I guide my clients through life’s challenges with grace and resilience.
